What the AI does today
The numbers (sales, profit, stock cover, trends) are calculated by NewHope POS from your records. The explanations and answers are written by an external AI provider from those numbers, so they stay tied to your data.

Because the AI reads the same records the till writes, there is nothing to export or copy. Stock alerts, reports and answers update as you sell.
Smart business automation that exists today
Some automation does not need AI and is included on every package where it applies: stock warnings on the dashboard, an e-mail summary to the owner of debts to collect, sign-in alerts and offline sales that sync themselves.
Limits you should know
The Owner must switch NewHope Agent on in Settings and give consent before any data is analysed. AI answers can be wrong, so check important decisions against your reports. Forecasts are statistical estimates, not promises. AI is not included in the Starter package. Your sales, stock and expense figures are processed by an external AI provider and are not used to train AI models; read the Terms for details.
Frequently asked questions
Which package includes AI?
AI Business Assistant, sales insights, stock alerts and the weekly PDF report are on Professional. Advanced business intelligence, forecasting, inventory prediction, fraud and anomaly detection and the daily PDF report are on Enterprise. Starter has no AI.
Does the AI see my customers' phone numbers?
No. Customer names may be included in analysis; phone numbers are not sent.
Can the AI change my data?
No. It reads and explains your figures. It does not edit sales, stock or prices.
